The stable is an ancient building made up of a stone ground floor surmounted by a hay-loft of larch wood. We breed our herd keeping up with the Cadore tradition: the goats graze on the grass-lands that surround the village from April to September. Big fences, shifted every other day, avoid the goats from reaching the vegetable gardens and the fields under crop, whose produce they are so greedy for!
