The Farm is set up with all due respect of the herd's welfare, resuming the local tradition to breeding goats ( the “ciàure” ) and making cheese ( formai de ciàura ). Each of them has, besides a sanitary identification number, a name that reflects their peculiar distintive features of look and temper. Our goats are mostly Alpine Chamoisee , they are out in the open during the day, while they stay in the stable during the night and the most severe winter days.
